Flora - Mailand

Wir besuchten die Expo 2015. Die Lage zum Bahnhof Mailand ist hervorragend (10 Min. zu Fuss) und in 10 Min. Bahnfahrt gelangt man zur Expo. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind gut, aber etwas schmal. Unser Zimmer war renoviert, ruhig. Gratis WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber entspricht normalem 3*-Standard und wird gut nachgefüllt.

Der Frühstücksraum ist bei Vollbelegung etwas klein.

Gute Lage: In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und renoviert. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Wir waren im Winter dort, in der Nacht wurde es in den Zimmern ziemlich kalt. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig.

My colleague and I were on our way home by train during the volcanic-ash-cloud crisis and Hotel Flora proved to be an excellent place to stay for (barely) one night since it's only 2 minutes away from Milano Centrale (main train station).

I m coming every year to Milan, I m staying at hotel Flora since 1998 as it is very well placed near the Stazione Centrale, it is very clean , solid and has a fair price in the summer.the staff is helpfull, most of all segniora Josephina that serves you a breakfeast with a smile and always a pleasant word

The size of the shower is problematic.

Nice location (just near railway station and buses to the airport), not far from the city center (15 minutes by walk or several stations by train). Very clean rooms with all necessary things. Rather nice place to stay and discover the city or do shopping, nothing more.

Hotel staffs were all nice. More than that hotel flora is pretty close to Milano central station and easy access to metro. If your purpose is mainly sightseeing and reach to Milano by train, this hotel is really convenient.

Excellent accomocation, room was larger than expected and top service

Hotel Flora is the best hotel out of all the hotels i have stayed in Italy (some hotels were even 4 star). The nice elderly gent in the reception and the lady who served us breakfast were the most friendly hotel staff i have met during our ten day stay in Italy.

Almost nothing.

Great location, close to Centrale Railway and Metro. Our room was ready when we arrived mid morning. The bed linen and towels were changed daily. The shower cubicle small but plenty of hot water, bathroom a good size offering toiletries. Quiet room. Breakfast was included with our deal. Plenty on offer, cereal, yoghurt, toast. The type of Aussie breakfast which we like. The staff were very pleasant, happy and all spoke very good English, especially Sebastian and Carmelo. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Extra pillows would be appreciated.

It was a nice hotel at the center of Milano. Very clean and teh staff was very friendly!

Excellent location - less than 10 min walk from Milan central station - for easy transite to airport or other cities, fair price for a budget-friendly stay. On the opposite street, there is a small but nice restaraunt open till late at night, and a few bars around corner. There are quite a few hotels in the neighbourhood, but Flora offered the best price. The receiption was helpful when I asked to change room to a non-smoking.

The hotel is definitely worth its 3 stars, and even some more! Breakfast a little bit poor, but it is typical for this class of hotels in Italy. No views through the window, but it is not necessary if you come to Milan to spend the whole day in the city.

the green color is too much and the loud voice of the lady who is responsible about the breakfest.the cappuccino was awful.no tomatoes or cucumbers for breakfest. but in general it was ok.

Settled immediately, even though I arrived at 10:00 am clean room, new, is very close to the train station and metro

Breakfast - buffet, so simple and small, but for this money stupid rely to revive something more .. and yet I want to warn that the hot snacks will not be - nor yaitsnitsy or sausage .. Only sliced cheese and meet​​, toasts and delicious coffee!
